It was just like any other day I go to school, learn what I need to learn and go home to watch T.V. or play my most favorite MMO, Wizard101. My name is Wolf Nightcaller and most of the time it was like this and it is probably because I didn't have that many friends who i could hang out with. The only person who I actually did hang out with was my brother Ryan Nightcaller. But on that day things changed for me. When I got home from learning at school I saw my brother reading a really weird looking book, so I asked him "Whatcha reading?" he replied "Nothing really just and old legend I found in the library down the street." I then said "Really? What is the legend about?" Ryan said "It is a legend about a thunder dragon who was spotted here several times by the Crystal Lake.". "The Crystal Lake?" I replied "Isn't that a little far away?". "Yeah sure it is but aren't you up for an adventure!" said Ryan.Then I said "I guess, I always liked traveling, I wonder what the thunder dragon would look like if we find it.". "Yeah it is so exciting!" said Ryan. "Yeah it is but one problem, what are we going to tell mom. She's not going to like the idea of us going that so far away in a dangerous place like Crystal Lake." I replied. "We can tell her that we are going camping with my friend Tommy" he said. "Okay, I guess that would work you have been on camping trips tons of times before with him anyway so she will think it's normal" I said. "Exactly" replied Ryan. So me and Ryan bought a bus ticket and embarked on our journey to Crystal Lake. Then we finally arrived after almost 4-5 hours on the bus. "Finally, we have arrived now we just have to go through the Forest of Fairies and get to the Lake." I said. Ryan and I reached the Forest of Fairies and as we were walking for about 1 hour into the forest something happened. "This forest looks so peaceful" said my brother. "Yeah, it does" I said. "Hey, wait I think I actually am starting to hear music.". Ryan then said "Huh, now that you mention it I think I hear it too, what should we do.". I replied "We should follow the noise it might lead us somewhere interesting.". So Ryan and me followed the noise until it led us to a huge tree. "Wow! That tree is huge!" said Ryan. I then said "Yeah, it sure is, let's see what's inside.". So Ryan and I went inside and you wouldn't believe what we saw. There were fairies everywhere! The Queen fairy approached me and said "Adventures await you young child, be brave and strong.". "Um, excuse me Miss where can we find the Crystal Lake" I said. She then said "You will find the Crystal Lake under the North Star, there is where your destiny starts". I then said "Okay, thank you very much". After we have left the tree I asked Ryan "What did she mean back there?", Ryan replied "How should I know, she probably just meant that you should be careful with what lies ahead of us", I said "Yeah, your probably right." "Hey it's getting pretty dark, looks like we are going to do some camping after all.", Ryan said "Yeah, I agree with that lets set up a camp" So we set up beds and a fire and Ryan and I fell asleep. The dream I had that night was like no other I saw dragons, warriors, wizards, and tons of other things. As we woke at dawn we started toward the area where I knew the North Star was going to be that night. We traveled for 3 hours and then we were out of the Forest of Fairies. Except their was one problem Crystal Lake wasn't here, it was gone! "Where is it!?" I said "It is supposed to be right here" Ryan then replied "Wait, didn't that fairy say it was under the North Star, maybe we should wait till it is dark out.", I then said "Your right we will wait here and see if the Lake appears" So we waited till dinner time and ate our dinner and then that was when my phone rang. "Mom!" we both shouted. "O my gosh, what are we going to tell her?" Ryan said. "I will take it" I said. So I answered the phone and my mom's voice came on the speaker. "Wolf, I called Tommy's mom and she said Tommy wasn't planning any camping trip, where are you two!" I then replied "I am sorry mom Ryan and I wanted to go on an adventure so we went to Crystal Lake I am sorry." she then said "Crystal Lake! That is 50 miles from here I have to come get you two you might get hurt", I then said "Okay, just give us some time to get back to the bus station".
She then said "Okay, take care of Ryan for me. Okay?" I then replied "Okay, I will bye". She then hung up and my brother asked "What did she say?", she is coming here to pick us up" I replied. "Aww, can't we stay until night time." he said. I replied, "Okay, but then we will have to leave for the bus station.". So Ryan and I waited until the stars were shining bright in the sky. Then we saw it the Crystal Lake. "It's looks so awesome" I said. The Crystal Lake looked like the stars in the sky were reflecting off of the Lake. Then from a single cloud in the sky a single bolt of lightning struck the lake and then the Thunder Dragon was there, within a flash. I then said "Wow! Look it's the legendary Thunder Dragon!". Ryan was too memorized by the dragon that he had no words to describe it. The dragon then spoke. He said in a deep voice "Wolf, I have been waiting for 4 millenia so that I may find you. You must now come with me so that we may defeat the great evil that awaits us at the Dark Mountain." I then said "I can't I have a family and they need me.". Right at that moment my mom showed up then she said "It is okay Wolf you can go with him he needs your help to save the world, I understand. I talked to the queen fairy about it on my way here she said that I have let you do this or our world will be ruled over by the Dark Dragon that awaits you at Dark Mountain. I will take care of Ryan and make sure he is safe" I then replied "But, Mom I care about you and Ryan" she then replied "It is okay Wolf go and save the world" I then said "Okay I will, and I will make sure I think about you and Ryan the entire time.". The Thunder Dragon then said "You will receive the powers of storm once you get on my back and ride me. You must treat these powers with wisdom." I nodded my head and got on his back and said goodbye to Ryan and my mom. They said "Bye Wolf we will be waiting for you to come back home, we'll miss you Wolf." The Thunder Dragon flew took off. I then said with a spark of lighting in my eyes "I will defeat you Dark Dragon".
